Lolo Jones, athlete of the USA and World hurdle championships has achieved this status after many years working hard and a lot of perseverance. Jones was the sole child in a family of five as well as grew up in a very poor environment. Her mom lived in the street and was even living inside the basement of a local church in the past. The sporadic lifestyle led Jones to change schools and attend the same school each year up until her first day of in high school. Jones was one of the college's top hurdlers when she entered. At the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship she took home the hurdles 100 meters. Additionally, she was an athlete who placed second in the 100-meter relay. Jones was a winner of the indoor hurdles at NCAA Championships in both 2003 and 2004. Jones was a professional athlete in 2005 after she completed her bachelor's degree. Jones began training to prepare for a successful track career. Jones was the winner of Torino Memorial in 2005, and also Ostrava and Heusden track events in the next year.
Brandt relocated to Auckland, New Zealand from Cape Town South Africa in late adolescence. Brandt, identified by local casting agencies, took the lead character of Naevia on the Starz blockbusters Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Produced by Steven S. D Knight and Sam Raimi she captivated audiences with her performance and became an one of the series' biggest starlets. Lesley-Ann Brandt, a South African actress, born in Cape Town on 2nd of December 1981. She is a highly skilled New Zealand actor. Lesley Brandt moved along with her entire family in Auckland New Zealand in 1999. In Auckland Brandt started out as sales representative and was later promoted into the role of an expert in IT. Lesley's first job was a few model projects. Then she appeared in countless commercial advertisements. In 2008 she completed her degree in acting and further trained in Meisner methods of studying. The first time she was a prominent actor, her role was on the TV drama Diplomatic Immunity in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt made a guest appearance in New Zealand's TV series Shortland Street acting as supporting actor. Then she was in the sci-fi thriller called This Is Not My Life based on the anecdotal city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt appeared as Naevia a young hostage in the Television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The character was depicted in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
