Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada by her character as Bo. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. The daughter of Peter who is a professor, as well as Ilkay Silk who is a renowned actor, director, producer, playwright and director of drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna has some of her earliest memories of watching and attending play rehearsals. Silk starred in numerous commercials for children. She received a Bachelor's of Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was active in at least two productions in the theater's early days, such as Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk moved to Toronto, Canada in November of 1999 to continue her acting. After that, she relocated into Los Angeles California during the subsequent decade. Seth Cooperman is her future husband, who she first was introduced to in Los Angeles at an Actors workshop. The couple got married in December of 2009 after a civil wedding ceremony. The couple got married in Fredericton on the 10th of April in 2011they renewed their vows after her change of religion to Judaism. Silk got a baby named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13th 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, the 13th of May, 2016. Silk is a variety of roles on television, among them Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. Silk was nominated for a Gemini Award in 2009 for this role. In 2009, she got the principal character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television series Lost Girl. Silk made it known to her fans that she was pregnant in January 2013 during a Showcase Season Three Special. Silk tweeted on June 20th that she was ready to return to work. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially revealed the launch of production of the fourth season. CNN Cable News Network named Bo together with Lauren Zoie Palmer as the same-sex couple on Lost Girl to be one of its favorite TV Couples of all time. E! Magazine declared that they were the top Television Couples of 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk's growth has brought an enormous online following through social media.
